2. Can I rely on OD.Y.KY?

We have chosen our partners, including our independent network of technicians, specialists and repairers, very carefully and, we believe that our combined offering gives you a comprehensive yet affordable breakdown solution without compromising on service. Our call-centre operates inhouse with all full equipment.


3. If I break down how quickly will you get to me?

We are proud about our response time as it is the fastest you can find islandwide. Our average breakdown recovery response rate is under 30 minutes in-town.


4. Who will come and rescue me?

All breakdown company’s use the same network of independent rescue agents, spread nationally across any given country or area. A few operate a small fleet of vehicles branded with the company's colours but, on the whole, we all share the same independent agents.


5. Am I covered immediately as soon as I buy an OD.Y.KY membership cover?

Your Odyky breakdown cover starts 24 hours after the date a customer purchases their membership (unless, they have forward-purchased a cover, and therefore the cover will start on the date specified).


6. What type and size of vehicles will you cover?

A customer can choose from any of the four covers that suit them.

We have cover plans available for cars, motorcycles, 4x4's, light vans & motorhomes with no age restriction. The vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition, have a valid MOT certificate and, is serviced and maintained as recommended by the manufacturers' guidelines.

The maximum vehicle weights must not exceed 3.5 tonnes (gross vehicle mass or, be over 5.5 metres (18 feet) in length, nor 2.3 metres (7 feet 6 inches) wide). 


7. Is my Caravan or Trailer also covered with OD.Y.KY?

No, caravans & trailers are not covered.

Our breakdown covers can cover your vehicle all around Republic of Cyprus. You can upgrade any Odyky package to O.T. - Over Territorial.

9. Why are OD.Y.KY covers so exceptionally priced?

We are a membership organization, therefore we want to be able to offer value over money to all our members. Through well-trained management, clever marketeers and a full-on great team, we are able to offer great prices to everyone, making our covers the best value-for-money everywhere.



10. What levels of breakdown cover do you offer?

Odyky has designed its breakdown covers to meet 99% of customers' requirements, under one membership. So, whatever your needs, we believe we have you covered.


11. What if someone else drives my vehicle?

Providing they are driving with your permission and, they hold a valid driving licence, a customer's car is covered, regarding whom is driving it.


12. Can i change my vehicle once the membership has been bought?

Odyky allows a customer to change their vehicle up to 2 times during the lifetime of a membership.

You must allow 24 hrs after having changed the vehicle, before it can be live on our systems. If you are unfortunate enough to break down during the 24 hour transition period, the vehicle will not be covered.


13. How long does it take to purchase a breakdown cover?

With Odyky it takes no longer than a few mins. (2-3 mins to be exact).

To obtain a cover online, complete the brief application form and enter your card details for payment. It's that simple.

14. Can i add vehicles to my cover that are at a different address?

Yes. A customer can add as many vehicles as they want, at the time of purchase, irrespective of a customer's address.


15. Can i buy a membership cover for someone other than myself through my login page?

Yes, as long as you provide the relevant legal information for the covered vehicle.


16. Can i purchase my cover in advance?

Yes you can purchase your breakdown cover up to 6 months ahead.


17. How can i pay for my breakdown cover?

You can pay by credit card/debit card or cash. You will need to select the cover that suit your needs, complete the brief application form and press buy now, this will take you through to the payment section. It's that simple!


18. Is it safe and secure to make my payment on-line?

Yes. All details of your on-line application are encrypted using the latest and most powerful security encryption technology available.


19. How do i receive my documents?

Once a transaction has been completed, Odyky will confirm the purchase by email, where the customer will be able to view and print-off the cover document. Further documents will be sent via email or post also.


20. What if i change my mind?

Our covers contain a cooling-off period. If a customer finds that the cover does not meet their needs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and Odyky will cancel the cover. Premium covers will be refunded in full, providing the customer has not made a claim or used the service. A small administration fee will apply.


21. What if i have a complaint?

If a customer has a question or complaint, please contact Odyky using the ways provided in the 'Contact Us' section of our website.

If the customer has a complaint regarding a service received from our team, please comment about it while filling the 2 mins questionaire on our website. There they will find the option to enquire (via phone or email) from the internal control department of Odyky, to solve the issue or complaint.

Odyky will endeavour to resolve the issue (or find the best possible solution for you). If the customer is still not satisfied with the way an the internal control representative dealt with a complaint, they may request to contact a manager at Odyky though our websites 'Contact Us' section (or through the internal control officer who dealt with your complaint at first).

Any how, our quality department will contact you in a 24h for a care call.


22. How many times will OD.Y.KY rescue me during the life of my Membership Cover?

Odyky will cover any customer min. 3 times per year, depending on the cover had.


23. What number do I call if I breakdown?

24. Will i receive a membership card?

The customer will receive a cover letter which is sent directly to your email address, and a card by post during the first 72 hrs (starting from early 2014). During the initial 72 hours the customer can claim offers from our affiliates and use their purchased services according to terms and conditions.
